摘    要:骨组织工程研究领域中,支架材料与细胞的相互作用是主要的研究课题。支架材料表面的微观结构对细胞的生物调控作用非常重要。纳米材料因具有一些独特的效应,有利于细胞的黏附、增殖和功能的增强,因而作为骨组织工程支架有着良好的应用前景。目前用于骨组织工程的纳米支架材料主要有纳米复合材料和纳米纤维材料。作者就纳米支架材料与细胞作用的机制以及近年来其在骨组织工程中的应用研究现状作一综述。

Abstract:The study of scaffold material-cell interactions was the major subject in the field of bone tissue engineering. Micro-structured surfaces of materials had more remarkably biological control on cells. Nanostructured scaffold materials have particular effects which could enhance biologic activity,adhesiveness and proliferation of cells. At present, nanocomposite constructs and nanofiber scaffolds are the major materials researched in bone tissue engineering. This review focuses on the mechanism of nanomaterial-cell interactions and the present status of application of nanomaterials in bone tissue engineering.
