| 腹腔镜下脾切除术95例报告 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜脾切除术(LS)的安全性和有效性。方法从1996年4月～2004年5月连续进行了95例 LS,其中原发性和继发性脾功能亢进90例,其他脾疾病5例。结果 95例 LS 全部完成,无1例需中转开腹手术。平均手术时间2.3小时,平均失血160ml。平均术后住院6天。结论 LS 安全、有效、切实可行,适用于有脾切除指征的原发性和继发性脾功能亢进或其他脾疾病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explor the asfety and efficacy of laparoscopic spenectomy(LS).Methods Ninety five patients underwent LS between April 1996 and May 2004,there were 90 cases primary or secondary hypersplenism and 5 cases of other diseases.Result LS was com- pleted in all patients,no conversion from laparoscopic to open surgery were necessary.The operation time averaged 2.3 hours and the mean blood loss was 160ml.The median postoperative hospital stay was 6 days.Conclusion LS is a feasible,effective and safe surgical procedure for patients who require splenectomy. |
