| 摘 要： | 目的 了解利福平对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的抗菌作用，指导临床合理用药。方法 采用Kitty-Bauer纸片扩散法作待测菌株对利福平等10种抗生素药敏试验后作分析。结果 MRSA对利福平的敏感性仅比万古霉素稍低，但比其它8种抗生素的敏感率高，而且存在差异显著性。结论 临床治疗MRSA感染时，根据病情需要，可选用利福平治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze resistance of 175 methicillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) to rifampicin and other nine antibiotics,and provide guidance for clinical use of the drug in reasonable way. Methods K-B scrip was used for testing the sensitivity of ten antibiotics including rifampicin. Results The sensitivity of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus to rifampicin was just lower than that of vancomycin,but higher than that of other eight antibiotics.Moreover,the difference is significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Rifampicin can,based on the severity of illness,be chosen for treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. |
