直接检眼镜、间接检眼镜及显微镜下视网膜脱离复位手术临床观察

目的：观察并比较直接检眼镜、间接检眼镜及显微镜下视网膜脱离复位手术的临床疗效。方法：对141例孔源性视网膜脱离患者分别在A直接检眼镜、B间接检眼镜、C眼科手术显微镜下进行巩膜外垫压视网膜复位术。比较术后视力、视网膜复位率及术后并发症等。结果：视网膜复位方面三种方法没有明显差别（P〉0.05）,但在复发率及手术并发症方面B组明显低于A、C组（P〈0.05）。结论：视网膜复位手术中采用三种手术方法均可,但以间接检眼镜组最佳。

The clinical observation of retinal detachment surgery with direct, indirect ophthalmoscope and ophthalmic microscope

Objective:To observe the clinical effect ofretinal detachment(RD) surgery with three differenttheraphy.Methods:During the RD surgery 141eyes were operated with A direct ophthalmoscope,B indirect ophthalmoscope and C microscope ophthalmoscope different methods.The visual acuity and the retinal attachment and the complications were observed.Results:There were no clear difference in the three methods in the retinal attachment(P>0.05) but the differenc of the complications in B group is lower than in group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although we can operated on the RD patients with the three different methods it is best with the method of indirect ophthalmoscope.
