伽玛刀治疗多发性脑转移瘤70例临床分析

目的:观察多发性脑转移瘤伽玛刀治疗后生存时间的影响因素。方法:回顾研究70例多发性脑转移瘤患者的生存时间与病灶总体积、原发病灶切除、脑转移瘤切除、配合化疗或放疗等因素的关系。结果:病灶总体积、原发病灶切除、配合化疗或放疗等因素影响生存时间,脑转移瘤切除不影响生存时间。结论:伽玛刀及综合治疗可延长患者生存时间。

Clinical analysis on treatment of 70 cases with multiple brain metastases under weut gamma knife radiosurgery

Objective To observe the factors of effect in multiple brain metastasis(MBM) treated by gamma knife radiosurgery(GKS).Method A retrospective review was performed on 70 patients undergone GKS,to study the relationship of survival time with total tumor volume,organic tumor resection,metastasis resection and radiation therapy or chemical therapy.Results Total tumor volume,organic tumor resection and radiation therapy or chemical therapy had affected survival time;metastasis resection had no effect on survival time. Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery and composite therapy could prolong the survival time of patieats with multiple brain metastasis.
