| 摘 要： | 目的：对某三甲医院围术期预防性使用奥硝唑的合理性进行调查与分析。方法：采用描述性统计方法中构成比方法,回顾性调查某三甲医院2009年6～8月372例各种手术患者预防性应用奥硝唑的情况,对照2009年3月下发的《卫生部办公厅关于抗菌药物临床应用管理有关问题的通知》进行评价。结果：372例患者中,经口咽部黏膜切口的大手术、阑尾手术、结肠及直肠手术、妇科手术均加用奥硝唑,但80例肝胆系统手术、63例胸外科手术和29例颅脑手术也使用了奥硝唑。使用抗菌药物疗程在4天左右。与其联用的药物方案中,大多联用了第1代或第2代头孢菌素,构成比为50%～80%,但也有少数手术联用了氟喹诺酮类或氨基糖苷类。结论：奥硝唑在少数手术中应用不当,疗程略长,药物联用方案中仍存在不足。针对这些不足,已提出了纠正措施。
