| 摘 要： | 目的:比较中药、光凝及二者结合治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法 :14 6例 ( 2 10眼 )DR患者作观察。 5 1例 ( 79眼 )根据辨证论治分型予以中药 ;42例 ( 6 3眼 )做视网膜光凝 ;43例 ( 6 8眼 )光凝结合中药治疗。结果 :光凝结合中药治疗组患者视力提高优于中药组、光凝组 ;眼底出血、水肿、渗出吸收时间缩短 ;新生血管退缩较完全。结论 :光凝结合辨证论治口服中药治疗效果最好

| Abstract: | Objective:To compart the effects of traditional Chinese medicine,laser photocoagulation,and the two combined on the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods:146 cases(210 eyes)were observed.51 cases(79 eyes)took traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome differentiation,and 42 cases(63 eyes)were treated with photocoagulation.43 cases(68 eyes)were treated with photocoagulation combined with Chinese herbs. Results:The patients treated with photocoagulation combined with Traditional Chinese medicine had much better results on the improvement of visual acuity,rapid dismissal of retinal hemorrhage,edema,exudation and neovascularization than that in the other two groups. Conclusions:Photocoagulation combined traditonal Chinese medicine according to syndrome differentiation is the best therapy of three ways. |
