| 摘 要： | 目的阐述立体定向放射外科（SRS）治疗脑肿瘤的方法、疗效、优越性及并发症。方法所有病例分别采用4～6个共面、非共面或弧形照射野，以80％等剂量曲线做为处方剂量，治疗后随访1～12个月，再进行临床分析及疗效评价。结果在30例随访病例中症状改善20例，无变化5例，加重3例，死亡2例，有效率为83．3％。结论SRS是脑肿瘤特别是脑深部肿瘤一种相对安全、有效的治疗手段。

| Abstract: | Objective Stata the method of SRS to cure brain tumor, aduantages, Complications and curatiue effects. Methods All cases use 4-6 Coplanes and non-coplanes respectwely, mare a follow-up visit after the treatment,then carry out the clinical analysis and evaluation of curatwa effets. Results Among the 30 follow-up cases,20 improued;5 unchanged,3 worcened,1 died,effectwe rate 83.3%. Conclusion SRS is a relatwely safe and effectwe treatment method to brain tumor,especially deep tumor in brain. |
