耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌SCCmec分型的研究

目的应用多重聚合酶链反应(PCR)对临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的SCCmec基因型及亚型进行分型。方法收集医院2007年1月~2008年12月临床分离的65株MRSA用多重PCR检测MRSA的SCCmec的基因型及亚型。结果SCCmecⅠ型菌株5株(4.6%),SCCmecⅢ型菌株47株(72.3%),SCCmecⅣ型菌株2株(3.1%),未分型11株(16.9%),未检测到Ⅱ型。结论研究结果显示,医院分离的MRSA以SCCmecⅢ为主;多重PCR对MRSA进行SCCmec基因分型结果可靠,适合临床实验室。

SCCmec typing of Meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus

OBJECTIVE To identify the genotypes of staphylococcal chromosomal cassette mec (SCCmec) in the isolates of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) by multiplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR).METHODS Sixty-five isolates of MRSA were isolated from various clinical specimens from 2007 to 2008 in our hospital.The genotypes and subgenotypes of SCCmec were determined by multiplex PCR.RESULTS Among the 65 isolates of MRSA, 1(4.6%) isolate belonged to SCCmec Ⅰ,47(72.3%) isolates belonged to SCCmec Ⅰ,2 (3.1%) isolates belonged to SCCmecⅣ were found in the test.We had not detected the type Ⅱ.Eleven (16.9%) isolates were not typed.CONCLUSIONS SCCmec Ⅲ is a major genotype in MRSA in our hospital.Multiplex PCR is capable to identify the genotypes and its subgenotypes of SCCmec in MRSA.
