| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Mammotome微创活检术在临床不可触及乳腺微小病灶诊断中的应用价值。方法对42例乳腺影像学检查异常但临床未触及肿块的患者应用Mammotome旋切系统微创活检，检查后21例行开放手术，对照分析术后病理诊断结果。结果42例患者应用Mammotome微创活检系统取样均成功，无严重并发症，微创活检病理诊断为乳腺癌8例，良性病变34例。21例行开放手术的患者中，20例术后病理诊断与Mammotome微创活检病理诊断结果一致，敏感性88．9％，特异性100％。未行开放手术的21例患者随访6～12个月，复查超声及乳腺钼靶x线摄片未见异常。结论Mammotome微创活检具有微创、安全的特点，敏感性和特异性较高，可作为诊断临床不可触及乳腺影像学微小病灶的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy(MMIBS) in the diagnosis of non-palpable small lesions in breast.
