海洋细菌Bacillus sp.中环二肽类代谢产物的研究

目的研究海洋细菌Bacillus sp.发酵液的正丁醇萃取物中的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等分离手段从海洋细菌Bacillussp.发酵液的正丁醇萃取物中分离得到8个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱分析鉴定它们的结构。结果与结论分离得到8个已知的环二肽类化合物,分别鉴定为3-苄基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(1)、3-甲基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(2)、3-异丁基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(3)、3-异丁基-6-甲基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(4)、吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(5)、(3S,8aS)-3-甲基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(6)、3-异丁基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(7)、3-异丁基-8-羟基-吡咯并哌嗪-1,4-二酮(8)。8个化合物均为首次从该细菌代谢物中分离得到。

Cyclo-dipeptide metabolites from the broth of marine bacterium Bacillus sp.

Aim To study the chemical constituents from the broth of marine bacteria Bacillus sp.Methods The compounds from the n-BuOH extract were isolated by the silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column and HPLC,and their structures were identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,EI-MS,and comparison of chemical and physical data with authentic samples reported in literatures.Results and conclusion Eight compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH extracts of the broth of marine bacteria Bacillus sp.They were identified as 3-benzylpiperazine-2,5-dione(1),3-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione(2),3-isobutylpiperazine-2,5-dione(3),3-isobutyl-6-methylpiperazine-2,5-dione(4),hexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(5),(3S,8aS)-3-methylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(6),3-isobutylhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(7),3-isobutyl-8-hydroxyhexahydropyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazine-1,4-dione(8).All of the compounds are obtained from this marine bacterium for the first time.
