| Abstract: | In order to carry out the spirit of 4th Plenary Session Of the16th Central Committee and strengthen the construction of ability of administration of the Party, this article explores the matter of the construction problem of ability of the Party in medium- sized vocational school, by improving decision, serving, managing, solving self- problem and running a school in accordance with the law. |
