| 摘 要： | 目的研究提高伤风咳茶的质量标准,建立菊花的薄层色谱鉴别和连翘的高效液相含量测定。方法采用薄层色谱法,鉴别伤风咳茶中菊花药材的绿原酸;用高效液相法测定连翘中的连翘苷含量。结果鉴别方法:薄层斑点清晰,专属性和重复性强,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定方法:操作简单,准确,连翘苷在0.02466～0.78896mg之间呈良好的线性关系,连翘苷的回收率为99.88%。结论定性、定量方法准确、简便,可用于控制伤风咳茶的质量。
