异丙嗪治疗迟发性运动障碍双盲对照研究

目的 :观察异丙嗪治疗迟发性运动障碍 ( TD)的疗效。方法 :3 6例住院 TD患者被随机分组接受 12周的异丙嗪或安慰剂的双盲对照治疗 ,采用肌肉注射 ( 10 0 mg/日 )与静脉点滴 ( 5 0 mg/日 )每 2周交替给药 ,结构性摄像后盲法评定量表的方法。结果 :异丙嗪组患者的不自主运动量表 ( AIMS)评分较安慰剂组有显著进步 ( P<0 .0 0 0 1) ,其显效率达 77.8%。副反应量表 ( TESS)评分两组间比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :异丙嗪是一种治疗 TD有较而安全的药物 ,对于异丙嗪可能的治疗机制进行了讨论。

Promethazine Treatment of Tardive Dyskinesia: a Double- Blind Placebo Controlled Study

Objective:to verify the effectiveness of promethazine in the treatment of tardive dyskinesia( TD) .Method:3 6schizophrenic inpatients with TD were included.All of them met the Research Diagnostic Criteria for TD and the total score of them in Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale( AIMS) was notlessthan3 .They were randomly assigned to promethazine treatmentgroup or placebo group.Promethazine was given intramuscularly ( 10 0 mg/ day) orintrovenously ( 5 0 mg/ day) in every other 2 weeks.All of them were assessed under double blind condition during 12 weeks treatment,in which videotape was used for blind- rating of AIMS.Result:the total AIMS score of Promethazine group was reduced significantly after12 weeks treatment( p<0 .0 1) .The rate of markedly im provementin Promethazine group( 77.8% ) was significantly higher than that of placebo group ( 0 % ) ( p<0 .0 1) .The side effects shown by the total score of TESS ( treatment emergentsymptom scale) was no difference between the two groups ( p>0 .0 5 ) .Conclusion:Promethazine is an effect and safe medication for the treatmentof TD.The possible mechanism of its effectiveness was discussed.
