甲状腺肿瘤CT诊断研究

目的 CT扫描有助于观察分析甲状腺肿瘤与周围结构的关系。探讨CT对甲状腺肿瘤良恶性病变有价值的征象。方法 本收集经手术病理证实的45例良恶性甲状腺肿瘤的CT诊断资料，包括平归加增强，采用薄层扫描，多窗宽、窗位观察。结果 本组病例中，甲状腺瘤15例，占33%；结节性甲状腺肿6例，占13%；甲状腺癌13例，占28%；桥本氏病9例，占2%；Graves病2例，占0.4%。CT对恶性肿瘤的定性诊断符合率达90%，对良性肿瘤的定性诊断符合率达89%。结论 CT扫描对甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性定性诊断具有很高的价值，对判定周围器官累及状况和决定治疗方案极为有利。

The study on CT diagnosis of thyroid tumors

Objective To study valuable CT signs of benign a nd malignant thyroid tumors so as to a nalyze the correlation between thy-roid tumors and surrounding structu res.Methods CT findings in 45patients with surgically and pathologically proved ben ign or malignant thyroid tumors were analyzed retrospectively.CT plain scans and enhanced scans were perfomed by using thin -slice scan with different lev-el and width.Results There were 15cases of thyroid adenom a(33%),6multinodular goiter(13%),13thyroid carcinoma (28%),9Hashimo-to thyroiditis(2%),and 2Graves' disease(0.4%)in all patients.The accuracy of CT di agnosis was 90%for malignant tumors while89%for benign tumors.Conclusion The benign and malignant thyroid tum ors can be identified by CT.Based on t he invasion of nearby or-gans,CT scan is useful to make the treatmen t plan.[
