肝脂酶基因-250G/A多态性与脑梗死的关系

目的探讨肝脂酶基因(L IPC)-250G/A多态性在中国湖南汉族人群中的分布,及其与脑梗死发病风险的关系。方法采用病例对照研究,筛选194例脑梗死患者及108例正常对照组人群为研究对象。采用聚合酶链反应-单核苷酸多态性方法测定L IPC-250G/A基因多态性。结果在中国湖南汉族人群中,L IPC-250G/A基因型分布为GG 60.2%、GA 31.5%和AA 8.3%,等位基因G和A的分布频率分别为0.759和0.241。GA型和AA型的血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于GG型(P<0.05)。L IPC-250G/A基因型和等位基因频率在脑梗死组与对照组中的分布差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论L IPC-250G/A多态性产生有益的临床血脂谱,但可能与中国湖南汉族人群的脑梗死发病无关。

The relationship between polymorphism of hepatic lipase gene-250G/A polymorphism and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the distribution of LIPC-250G/A polymorphism in Han people of Hunan Province,China and evaluate the relationship between the polymorphism and atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A case-control study was performed in 194 patients with ACI and 108 healthy controls.The polymerase chain reaction-single nucleotide polymorphism(PCR-SNP)was used to determine the LIPC-250G/A polymorphism.Results The LIPC-250G/A genotype distribution in Han people of Hunan Province,China was GG 60.2%,GA 31.5% and AA 8.3%,respectively.Allele frequencies for G and A were 0.759 and 0.241 respectively.The serum HDL-C level of the GA and AA genotypes showed significantly higher than the GG genotype(P<(0.05)).There were no differences in the distribution of genotypes and alleles of LIPC-250G/A Polymorphism between patients and their counterparts(P>(0.05)).Conclusion The LIPC-250G/A polymorphism results in a beneficial profile of blood lipids,while it may not be associated with ACI.
