当归川芎水蛭合剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸抗氧化系统及精子质量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨当归川芎水蛭合剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸生精功能的影响。方法将30只雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、对照组和治疗组。手术造模后5周分别给予对照组和治疗组大鼠10 ml/kg的生理盐水和当归川芎水蛭合剂灌胃。5周后取出左侧睾丸、附睾。检测睾丸中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;利用全自动精液分析系统分析大鼠左侧附睾尾部精子数量及活力。结果与对照组相比,治疗组左侧睾丸中MDA含量明显降低,SOD活性明显升高(P<0.05)。各组大鼠精子密度无明显差异。与对照组相比,治疗组精子活力中的精子平均直线运动速度、曲线运动速度、路径运动速度有明显的提高(P<0.05)。结论当归川芎水蛭合剂能减少实验性精索静脉曲张造成的睾丸脂质过氧化,增强抗氧化酶活性,对精索静脉曲张造成的左侧睾丸损伤具有保护作用,可以明显降低其对大鼠精子的质量的损害。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of danggui chuanxiong shuizhi mistura on the experimental varicocecle rats' sperm production function.Methods Group the 30 rats randomly in 3 groups :sham operation group ,control group, and treatment group .The rats of control group and treatment group were intrasgatrically administrated with sodium chloride and danggui chuanxiong shuizhi mistura by 10ml/kgod after they were operated for 5 weeks. After 5-week administration, the animals were killed and the left tests were selected. The content of MDA and the activity of SOD were tested. The sperm motion parameter VCL,VSL, VAP, BCF, ALH, LIN, MAD and STR in the cauda epididymis were assessed by computer assistant semem analysis system (CASAS). Results Compared with control group , the content of MDA was lower while the activity of SOD was much higher in treatment group(P<0.05). The parameters of rat sperm VCL , VSL, VAP were improved significantly compared to control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The danggui chuanxiong shuizhi mistura could decrease lipid peroxidation and improve the activity of antioxidase. It could protect the testis from the injury by experimental varicocele and could reduce the injury to the spermatoa by varicocele.
