经皮血氧饱和度对新生儿青紫性疾病的早期鉴别诊断

摘    要:目的探讨经皮血氧饱和度作为新生儿青紫性疾病的早期鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。方法观察32例有青紫症状出现的足月新生儿在不同吸氧方式下,经皮血氧饱和度的变化以及其最初诊断与最终诊断。结果通过观察经皮血氧饱和度变化能早期快速判断患者疾病类型,最初诊断与最终诊断符合率为100%。结论经皮血氧饱和度对新生儿青紫性疾病早期鉴别诊断有一定的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the applied value of the transcutaneous oxygen saturation (TcSaO2) in early differential diagnosis of neonatal cyanotic disease.Method The 32 cases of cyanotic neonates in term received following analyses: the change of TcSaO2 under different patterns of oxygen inhalation, and their original diagnosis and final diagnosis were compared. Results The types of neonatal cyanotic disease could be judged by observing the change of TcSaO2.And, the accordonce rate of original diagnesis with final diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion As an index,TcSaO2 can be used in early diagnosis of cyanotic neonates.
