中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎45例观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法：将75例随机分为治疗组45例和对照组30例，治疗组用能量合剂加中药煎剂治疗，对照组用西药常规治疗。结果：治疗组痊愈率66．7％，有效率33．0％，总有效率100％，对照组分别为40．0％，33．0％，总有效率73．0％。两组比较均有显著性差异(P＜0．05)，治疗组优于对照组。结论：能量合剂加中药煎剂可提高病毒性心肌炎的治疗效果。

Observation on Viral Myocarditis (45 cases) Treated by Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapeutics of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods:75 cases had been divided into two groups:a test group (45 cases) and a control (30 cases),the former had been treated by energy mixture with decoction of traditional Chinese herbs,and the latter,treated by routine treatment with Western medicine.Result:The cured rate in the test was 66.7%,33.0% the total effective rate,100%;while that in the control,40.0%,33.0%,73.0%.There were significant difference between them in comparison ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Adding energy mixture to traditional Chinese herbs can be applied to improve the curative effect in treatment of viral myocarditis.
