三联雾化吸入对婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效分析

目的普米克令舒、博利康尼、爱全乐联合雾化治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效分析。方法将48例喘憋性肺炎的婴幼儿随机分为两组,对照组23例,采用抗感染、对症等综合治疗;观察组25例,在对照组基础上加用普米克令舒、博利康尼雾化溶液及爱全乐雾化溶液联合雾化治疗。比较两组疗效及症状、体征消失时间。结果观察组有效率92.00%及显效率72%均高于对照组的65.22%、39.13%,P〈0.05。观察组喘息缓解、哮鸣音消失、啰音消失及咳嗽消失时间均优于对照组,P〈0.05。结论联合雾化吸入普米克令舒、博利康尼雾化溶液及爱全乐雾化溶液明显提高婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎的疗效,而且起效迅速、安全方便。

Analyses of the curative effect in infant bronchiolitis by atomizing inhalations of pulmicort respules and bricanyl and atrovent

Objective To study the curative effect of bronchiolitis of infant by atomizing inhalations of pumicort respules and bricanyl and atrovent.Methods 48 bronchiolitis children were divided into study group and control group at random.There were 23 cases in control group which were combined modality therapy.There were 25 cases in study group at the same conditions and in which the inhalations of pulmicort respules and bricanyl and artovent were atomized.The effect and extinction time of symptoms and physical signs were observed.Conclusion The study group were showed to be significantly improved in effective rate(P<0.05).The duration of gasping,cough,wheezing and rales in lungs in the study group was obviously shorterned than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of atomizing inhalations of pulmicort respules and bricanyl and atrovent in infant bronchiolitis is evident.And the therapeutic method is prompt safe and convenient.
