耕耘减张术在中小面积Ⅲ度烧伤创面的应用

目的:通过耕耘减张术在中小面积Ⅲ度烧伤创面上的规范应用,进一部验证耕耘减张术对Ⅲ度烧伤创面的疗效,规范MEBT/MEBO技术操作规程.方法:对2000年3月至2005年12月间收治的55例中小面积Ⅲ度烧伤采用MEBT/MEBO方法治疗病人进行的回顾性分析,根据烧伤度数和首次对创面耕耘时间的不同将55例病人各分成两组.结果:55例病人全部治愈出院,Ⅲ度浅型创面上两组在创面开始修复时间、创面完全愈合时间和生理性愈合率上有差异性,Ⅲ度深型创面上两组没有明显的差异性,但瘢痕性愈合的创面面积有明显缩小,瘢痕浅平柔软,关节部位无明显功能缺损.结论:Ⅲ度烧伤创面也是皮肤再生医疗技术的适应症,在治疗中小面积Ⅲ度烧伤中只要规范MEBT/MEBO技术操作规程,即可防止或减少瘢痕愈合、挛缩和残疾,提高病人生活质量.

Application of Ploughing Relaxation Technique in Treating 3rd Degree Burn of Moderate and Small Area

Objective： To further verify the efficacy of treating 3^rd degree burn of moderate and small area with standardize technique operation of MEBT/MEBO plus Ploughing Relaxation Technique so as to standardize the both Techniques in treating the 3^rd degree burn.Method： 55 patients of 3^rd degree burn of moderate and small area collected from Mar.2000 to Dec.2005 were treated with MEBT/MEBO.All of 55 cases were divided into two groups according to burn degree and first Ploughing time point.Then,the retrospectively review was carried out.Results： 55 cases of patients were all cured and discharged.There were differences in start time of wound repair,wound healing time and physiological healing rate between two groups for superficial 3^rd degree burn wounds.But for the deep 3^rd degree burn wounds,there was no difference.Conclusion： It is also an indication of Skin Regeneration Therapy to treat 3^rd degree burn wounds.As long as standardized application of MEBT/MEBO to 3^rd degree burn of moderate and small area,the patients’ life quality can be improved greatly because of it preventing or reducing scar or contracture formation,that may result in disability.
