| 摘 要： | 目的分析炎性肠病少见的肠外表现的特点。方法对近5年北京协和医院和中日友好医院住院病历中符合炎性肠病的患者进行回顾性分析。结果共有9例（2.6%）少见的肠外表现,累及皮肤、眼、肺、神经系统、骨骼及血液系统,其中支气管扩张、转移性克罗恩病、格林巴利综合征、多发性硬化症、股骨头无菌性坏死及骨髓增生异常综合征国外有类似报道,而角膜溃疡、多发性动脉炎及肺组织细胞增多症目前未见报道。结论炎性肠病的少见肠外表现的发现对于提示其发病机制有一定意义。
