61例肾结核的延误诊断分析

目的：探讨肾结核延误诊断的原因。方法：回顾性分析延误诊断的６１例肾结核的临床资料。结果：延误诊断的 原因与忽视肾结核症状、症状不典型、对其病理过程缺乏认识、忽视混合感染和伴随有其它泌尿系统疾病、病史询问不详和缺乏系统检查有关。结论：提高对症状不典型肾结核的认识。Ｂ超辅以排泄性尿路造影。尿沉渣聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）检查是目前诊断肾结核的主要方法。

The Analyse of the Delayed Diagnosis of 61 Cases with Kidney Tuber Culosis

Objective:To probe into the causes of delayed diagnosis to kidney tubereculosis.Method:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical material of 61 cases with KT who were diagnosed by delay.Result:The causes of delayed diagnosis were following:(1)Neglecting KT.(2) Having less understanding about it's pathologic process.(3)Ignoring mixed infection and having other acoompanied diseases of urinary system.(4)inquiring the cases history not indetail and having no systemitic check-up.Conclusion:The major methods to diagnose KT are following.(1)To deepen the understanding about atypical KT.(2) Ultra sonic B inspection with excretion-urography.(3) To exame uren dregs polymerase chain reaction.;
