| 摘 要： | 舌诊是中医辨证的重要依据,舌象承载着丰富的辨证信息。因此,实现小鼠舌象的标准观察与分析,是小鼠四诊客观化的一项重要工作。为此,我们探索并初步建立了小鼠麻醉状态下舌象的显微采集和计算机图像红色色素提取,特予以介绍。

| Abstract: | Inspection of tongue is the important evidence in course of syndrome differentiation.Picture of the tongue including abundant information,consequently,it is very important task to come true the standard observation and analysis of picture of the tongue in four diagnosis methods about mice.In the paper,we explored and established the method of shoting picture of the tongue in microscope after anesthesia,in addition,we introduce the method of red degree of tongue with Adobe Photoshop7.0 software. |
