腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床对比分析

目的比较腹腔镜及开腹手术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年5月--2014年9月早期宫颈癌患者100例,将因早期宫颈癌行经腹腔镜广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫手术患者50例作为腹腔镜组,行开腹手术的早期宫颈癌患者50例作为开腹组。比较两组手术时情况、术后恢复情况及并发症总发生率。结果腹腔镜组与开腹组比较手术时间较长、术中出血量较少（P〈0.05）;腹腔镜组与开腹组比较术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间均较短（P〈0.05）;两组并发症总发生率差别不大（26%vs 22%）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜治疗早期宫颈癌可减少出血量、缩短住院时间、减轻痛苦、术后恢复快,可在临床推广应用。

Clinical comparative analysis of laparoscopic and open operation for early stage cervical cancer

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic and open operation for early cervical cancer Methods 100 cases of early stage cervical cancer were selected from May 2013 to Sep 2014 in our hospital, early cervical using laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node cleaning of 50 cases as the laparoscopic group, open operation of 50 cases with early cervical cancer as the laparotomy group. The operation situation, postoperative recovery and the total incidence of complications in two groups were compared. Results The operative time of the laparoscopic group was longer than the laparotomy group, blood loss was less （P〈0.05）. The anal exhaust time, ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay of the laparoscopic group were shorter than the laparotomy group （P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences in the total incidence of complications between the two groups （26% vs 22%） ,P〉0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment of early cervical cancer can reduce the amount of bleeding, shorter hospital stay, less patient pain, faster recovery, can be applied in clinic.
