超导可视人工流产术临床疗效分析

目的探讨超导可视人工流产术的临床效果及应用价值。方法将217例要求行人工流产术的早孕患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组114例,行超导可视人工流产术,对照组103例,行传统人工流产术。观察两组患者宫腔操作时间、手术并发症情况。结果观察组与对照组术中出血量比较无统计学差异（P=0.340,P〉0.05）;手术时宫腔操作时间较对照组明显减少,具有统计学差异（P=0.030,P〈0.05）;观察组无一例不全流产、漏吸和子宫穿孔发生;两组患者术后阴道出血时间的比较无统计学差异（P=0.302,P〉0.05）;观察组术中吸出的孕囊完整无破碎者的比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P=0.000,P〈0.05）。结论超导可视人工流产术不增加术中出血量,并且能缩短手术时宫腔操作时间,减少术中术后并发症,安全有效。

Clinical observation of superconducting visual artificial abortion

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application value of superconducting visual artificial abortion. Methods 217 cases of patients with early pregnancy induced artificial abortion were randomly divided into observation group and the control group. And the observation group contained 114 cases used the superconducting visual abortion. The control group contained 103 cases used the traditional artificial abortion. Compared the uterine cavity operation time and complications of two groups. Results Bleeding amount of observation group and control group had no statistical difference （P=0.340, P〉0.05） ; but the operation time of uterine cavity operation of observation group was significantly reduced with statistically difference （P= 0.030,P〈0.05） ;the observation group had no ease of incomplete abortion,leakage and the uterus perforation. The postoperative vaginal bleeding time of two groups had no statistical difference （P=0.302, P〉0.05）. The pregnant bursa which were complete without breakage of observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.000, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion The intraoperative blood loss of superconducting visual artificial abortion do not increase, the opera- tion time shorten, intraoperative complications reduce. The superconducting visual artificial is a safe and effective method, which is worth promoting.
