无张力修补术在老年男性腹股沟直疝中的应用

目的探讨无张力修补术在老年男性腹股沟直疝中的临床应用。方法收集2008年1月~2010年12月期间在我院普外科住院的男性腹股沟直疝患者80例,分为2组。其中研究组44例,采用无张力修补术;对照组36例,采用传统疝缝合手术。结果无张力修补组手术时间（32.4±3.7）min较传统疝缝合手术（48.6±5.4）min明显缩短,二者差异显著（P〈0.05）;手术后住院时间无张力修补组（2.8±0.3）d较传统疝缝合手术组（6.1±0.6）d明显缩短,二者差异显著（P〈0.05）。随访3年,无张力修补组无复发,传统疝缝合手术组有6例复发。结论在老年男性腹股沟直疝中,无张力修补术较传统疝缝合术的手术时间、手术后住院时间明显缩短,术后复发率低。

The application of tension-free hernioplasty in the elderly men with direct inguinal hernia

Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of tension-free hernioplasty in the elder men with direct in- guinal hernia. Methods 80 elderly men direct inguinal hernia patients were selected from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010 in our department. The study group with 44 patients accepted tension-free hernioplasty. The control group with 36 patients accepted traditional hernia suture operation. Results The operation time was 32.4±3.7 minutes in the tension-free hernioplasty group. It was 48.6±5.4 minutes in the traditional hernia suture operation group. The operation time of the tension-free hernioplasty group was shorter obviously than the traditional hernia suture operation group （P〈0.05）. The postoperative hospital stay of the tension- free hernioplasty group was 2.8_±0.3 days,that of the traditional hernia suture operation group was 6.1±0.6 days. It was shorter significantly in tension-free hernioplasty group than the traditional hernia suture operation group （P〈0.05）. With 3 years of follow-up,there were 6 cases of recurrence in the traditional hernia suture operation group,and no recurrence in tension-free hernioplasty group. Conclusion The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of tension-free hernioplasty are shorter obviously and the recurrence rate is lower than traditional hernia suture operation in elder male patients.
