| 摘 要： | 培育第三方医疗专业配送服务中心、打造完善的医疗服务供应链是区域协同医疗服务示范工程建设的目标之一。本文对第三方医疗专业配送服务中心的基本业务模式、企业孵化器、基于SOA的网络信息平台、配送服务标准和规范、人才队伍、质量评估和绩效管理等分别进行了论述，认为通过专业化的配送服务，既可以有效地降低药品器械和医疗服务的成本，提高医疗机构的工作效率，又可以培育一批现代化水平较高的第三方医疗专业配送服务企业，以提供更多的就业机会并创造良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | It is one of the goals of the regional collaboration health service demonstration project to set up the third-part health delivery service center and consummate supply chain of health service.Basic business model,enterprise incubator,SOA-based network information platform,service standards,human resources,quality evaluation and performance management of the third-part delivery service were discussed in this article.With professional delivery services,the costs of medicines,medical equipments and healthcare service will be reduced and the hospital's efficiency will be promoted.It also can provide more job posts and improve both economic and society effectiveness. |
