A型人格大学生学习拖延原因分析

摘    要:目的 了解并分析A型人格大学生学习拖延情况,为进一步研究A型行为模式提供理论依据.方法 使用A型人格问卷、大学生学习拖延量表对整群随机抽取的某大学174名大学生进行问卷调查.结果 A型人格大学生的拖延程度平均值为31.80±8.08,其中15.5%的人存在高度拖延现象,但在性别、学科、年级上差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).他人决定的任务比自我决定的任务更拖延,学习任务比管理任务更拖延,拖延的主要原因是任务嫌恶和控制反抗.结论 A型人格大学生存在拖延现象,且部分存在高度学习拖延.

Abstract:Objective To explore the academic procrastination among A-type personality college students,and to provide evidence for the further research.Methods Using A-type Personality scale and the Procrastination Assessment Scale-Students(PASS) to test 174 university students.Results The mean of academic procrastination scores in the A-type personality undergraduates was 31.80±8.08,15.5% reported high academic procrastination,but there were no significant differences of undergraduates’ academic procrastination on sex,discipline and grade(P<0.05).There was more procrastination on decision-by-other task than on decision-by-self task and academic task than administration task.The main reasons for academic procrastination were aversion of task and rebellion against control.Conclusion The A-type personality undergraduates reported academic procrastination,and a small part of them reported high academic procrastination.
