南昌市理工科大学生亚健康现状调查

目的了解南昌市理工科大学生亚健康状况并分析其影响因素,为进行针对性的干预提供依据。方法采用分层随机整群抽样方法,选取南昌市某大学理工科专业321名不同年级的学生作为调查对象,采用自行编制的亚健康量表进行问卷调查。结果调查对象的亚健康症状检出率为75.1%,社会亚健康症状检出率最高。亚健康症状及其分项的发生在不同性别、不同年级、不同体型、独生子女及学生干部与否上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),学习成绩、早餐习惯、锻炼时间、经济压力是亚健康症状及其分项的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论南昌市理工科大学生亚健康症状检出率较高,不同特征、生活习惯、学业及经济等方面的压力是其影响因素。

Analysis of sub-health status and its influencing factors among science and engineering students of university in Nanchang

Objective To study the distribution of sub-health among science and engineering undergraduates in Nanchang and to investigate the influencing factors,so as to create reference to the intervention of sub-health.Methods With stratified randomly cluster sampling,321 science and engineering students from different grades of a university in Nanchang were sampled and their sub-health status were measured by a self-designed questionnaire.Results The incidence of sub-health of objects was 75.1%,social sub-health was the highest in subentries.There was a statistical significant difference in different genders,grades,sizes,only children or not and student cadres or not on the incidence of sub-health and its subentries(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Achievement,breakfast behavior,time for exercise and economic pressures were the influencing factors of sub-health and its subentries(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The science and engineering university students in Nanchang have a high incidence of sub-health,different features,different living habits,study and economic pressures are the influencing factors.
