| 摘 要： | 目的建立复方胡黄颗粒薄层色谱鉴别方法,为制定其质量标准提供试验依据。方法采用薄层色谱鉴别法鉴别处方中的黄芩、甘草、大黄。结果处方中的薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,无干扰。结论结果薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强,重现性好,无干扰,可作为复方胡黄颗粒的质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the determination method of thin - layer chromatography for compound Huhuang granule and provide a basis for developing its quality standard.Methods We determined the Scutellaria baicalensis,licorice root and rhubarb in the prescription with thin - layer chromatography.Results The main distinction characters of thin - layer chromatography in prescription were clear.Conclusions The determination method of thin - layer chromatography is specific,good reproduce and clear and can be as the qualification control indicator of compound Huhuang granule. |
