双参通冠胶囊对稳定性心绞痛患者血脂、血液流变学及中医证候的影响

目的观察双参通冠胶囊对稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀型患者血脂、血液流变学和中医症候的影响。方法采用随机对照双盲的研究方案，将160例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为2组，两组均给予西医稳定性心绞痛规范治疗方案。治疗组加服双参通冠胶囊，对照组加服安慰剂，3次／d，连续用药6个月，观察治疗前、3个月和6个月三个点的血脂四项和血液流变学指标，以及治疗前和治疗后中医症候改善情况。结果所有研究对象有7例失访。与对照组比较，治疗组在3个月和6个月的甘油三酯，总胆固醇，低密度蛋白水平均明显下降（P〈0．05），高密度脂蛋白水平明显升高（P〈0．05）；治疗组在3个月和6个月的全血黏度、高切还原黏度、低切还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原水平明显降低（P〈0．05）。对照组和治疗组治疗前后的中医证候改善率的显效率分别为33．77％和60．53％，总有效率分别为72．73％和94．74％，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论双参通冠胶囊治疗稳定性心绞痛具有一定的降脂作用，有效地改善血液流变学指标，改善患者临床症状以及中医症候。提高患者生活质量，具有一定的临床疗效。

The influence on blood lipids,blood rheology and TCM syndromes by Shuangshen Tongguan capsule on Patients with Stable Angina

Objective To observe the influence of the Shuangshen Tongguan capsule(SSTGC) on blood lipids and hemorheology and TCM syndromes in treatment of stable coronary heart disease angina patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Method The study plan was randomized,controlled and double-blind,160 cases of patients with stable angina were randomly divided into two groups,two groups were given the standard treatment programs of stable angina.The treatment group took SSTGC,control group took placebo particles,three times a day,continuous medication for 6 months to evaluate the improving of blood lipids and hemorheology,observing the changing of index before treatment,after treating for 3 months and for 6 months,as well as the change of of TCM syndrome before and after the treatment.Result Comparing with control group,SSTGC can improve patients’ index of blood Lipids,hemorheology and TCM syndromes(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Conclusion Basing on the western medicine standardized treatment,SSTGC can control the blood Lipids,improving the hemorheology effectively,changing patients’ TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms,improving the life quality of patients.
