杭州市2010年中小学生营养不良状况

目的 了解杭州市中小学生营养不良现状及特点,为探讨预防对策提供依据.方法 对2010年全国学生体质调研杭州地区的数据进行分析,使用 1995年中国儿童青少年体质量指数(BMI)筛查生长迟滞和消瘦,并以此评价营养不良状况.结果 2010年杭州7～18岁学生营养不良检出率在1.41％ ～ 14.09％之间,以消瘦型营养不良为主,占87.76％.营养不良检出率女生高于男生,乡村男生高于城市男生,并随年龄增大呈逐步升高趋势.结论 2010年杭州市高年龄组学生、女生以及乡村男生的营养不良问题突出,需重点关注.

Malnutritional status among elementary and middle school students in Hangzhou city in 2010

Objective To investigate the malnutritional level and character of elementary and middle school students in Hangzhou city,and to provide evidence for preventive measures.Methods Date of Hangzhou region’s part from the 2010 Chinese National Survey on Student’ s Constitution and Health were analyzed,based on body mass index(BMI) and using the 1995 criteria for screening malnutrition of Chinese national adolescent to judge the malnutritional level.Results The prevalence rate of malnutrition among students aged 7-18 in Hangzhou was 1.41%-14.09% in 2010,and the major type was emaciation,which accounted for 87.76% of malnutrition.The prevalence rate of malnutritio rate was higher among girls and rural male students as compared with boys and urban male students,and showed an increasing tendency with age.Conclusion The malnutritional status among higher-age,female and rural male students should be paid more attention to.
