针灸干预防治早发更年期综合症50例

目的观察针灸干预防治早发更年期综合症疗效。方法利用补肾健脾疏肝法A：三阴交，太溪，足三里，太冲，合谷，子宫，关元，中脘。B．膈俞，肝俞，脾俞，肾俞，关元俞，次谬穴。隔天一次，1月为1疗程，连续3月，经期暂停针灸。结果痊愈20例，显效17例，有效11例，无效2例，有效率达96．00％。结论针灸干预防治早发更年期综合症付作用小，疗效好。

Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the intervention for prevention early onset of 50 cases of climacteric syndrom

Objective To observe the curative effect of intervention for prevention early onset of climacteric syndrom with acupuncture therapy.Methods The therapy method is tonifying kidney,strengthening spleen and soothing liver in the treatment.The first acupunture method was given at Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Zusanli,Taichong,Hegu,Guanyuan,Zhongwan point.The second method acupunture was given at Geshu,Ganshu,Pishu,Shenshu,Guanyuanshu,Ciliao.The treatment lasted three months that each months is a therapeutic course,and all acupoints were acupuntured every other day unless menstruaton.Results The total effective rate were 96 %,that 20 cases were cured,17 cases were significant improved,11 cases were treated effectively,2 cases were ineffective.Conclusions Acupuncture and moxibustion have a certain effect on intervention for prevention early onset of climacteric syndrom.
