| 摘 要： | 传统的心肾综合征（CRS）指慢性心力衰竭引起的进行性肾功能损害、利尿剂抵抗和心脏容量负荷过重，最终导致心力衰竭恶化的一系列病理变化。随着研究的不断深入，CRS的定义范围得到大大扩展。CRS的发病机制复杂，至今尚未阐清，本文就近年CRS病理生理机制的研究进展进行了综述。

| Abstract: | The traditional definition of cardiorenal syndrome(CRS) is a series of pathological changes when chronic failure causes progressive renal injury,diuretic resistance,heart volume overload and,finally,worsening of heart failure.With additional research,the definition range of CRS has been greatly extended.The pathogenesis of CRS is complex and still remains unclear.This review presents recent research progress in pathophysiological mechanisms for CRS. |
