通络Ⅳ号对脑梗死急性期患者缺血再灌注损伤的研究

目的用通络Ⅳ号对脑梗死急性期患者进行治疗,研究通络Ⅳ号对脑梗死急性期患者再灌注损伤的影响,以探讨通络Ⅳ号治疗急性期脑梗死的机理。方法将80例脑梗死急性期患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组进行基础治疗并加用通络Ⅳ号治疗,对照组只进行基础治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分和hs-CRP的变化,并观察不良事件和副反应。结果两组治疗后的中医证候积分、神经功能缺损评分和hs-CRP均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组。结论通络Ⅳ号能通过降低脑梗死急性期患者血清hs-CRP水平,减少缺血再灌注损伤,改善脑梗死患者神经功能。

Clinical Research on Treating Ischemic Reperfusion Injury in Patients with Acute Cerebral infarction with Tong Luo Sihao

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment with Tong Luo Sihao in patients with ischemic reperfusion injury after acute cerebral infarction and explore the mechanism.Methods 80 cases of patients were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with basic treatment,Tong Luo Sihao was given to the treatment group in the basis of routine treatment.We examined the TCM symptoms scoring,Neurologic Deficit Scale and changes of hs-CRP before and after treatment.In addition,we observed the adverse events and side effects.Results After completing the therapeutic course,the TCM symptoms scoring,Neurologic Deficit Scale and changes of hs-CRP of two groups were improved obviously and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusions Tong Luo Sihao can reduce the level of hs-CRP in serum of patients with acute cerebral infarction,decrease the ischemic reperfusion injury and lead to a neurologic improvement.
