罗哌卡因用于术后镇痛疗效的观察

目的 :评价 0 .2 5%罗哌卡因用于硬膜外术后镇痛的临床效果 ,并以 0 .2 5%布比卡因作对照。方法 :选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期手术患者 87例 ,随机分两组。 1组罗哌卡因 +芬太尼组 (n =4 3) ,2组布比卡因 +芬太尼组 (n =4 4 ) ;两组术后均予AuBex一次性微量泵持续镇痛。结果 :1组患者术后镇痛优良率为 95.3 % ,2组为 84 .1%。术后 2 4h和 4 8h1组疼痛减轻程度明显优于 2组 (P <0 .0 5) ,两组术后疼痛客观评价 ,1组平均得分显著低于 2组 (P <0 .0 1)。两组术后不良反应无显著性差异。结论 :低浓度罗哌卡因复合芬太尼能产生有效的硬膜外术后镇痛作用。

Therapeutic effects of ropivacaine in anesthesial postoperative analgesia

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of 0.25% ropiracaine Versus 0.25% bupivacaine in anesthesial postoperative analgesia.Methods: Eighty-seven patients, ASA class Ⅰ～Ⅱ were randomly divided into two groups; Group Ⅰ:0.25% ropivacaine combined with fentanyl(n=43); Group Ⅱ:0.25% Bupivacaine combined with fentanyl(n=44).The AuBex disposabk microinfusion pump was applied to Continous analegesia in both groups. Results:The effective rates of Group Ⅰ and Group Ⅱ were 95.3% and 84.1% respectively.The degree of the pain-relief in Group Ⅰwas significantly higher than in Group Ⅱ(P<0.05). The average objective Scorn of Group Ⅰ was significantly lower than that of Group Ⅱpostoperatively(P<0.01). There was no significant difference between two groups in postoperative adverse effects. Conlusion:The low concentroction of ropivaine Combined with fentanyl was effective for epidural analgesia.
