硫糖铝和多虑平对心理应激大鼠行为的影响及其对胃粘膜保护作用的研究

目的 比较硫糖铝和多虑平对心理应激大鼠行为的影响及对胃粘膜的保护作用。方法 (1)刺激6—OHDA-treated大鼠攻击受试大鼠作为心理应激源。(2)采用高架十字迷宫、开放场地试验检测受试大鼠行为学的改变。(3)胃粘膜损伤指数和组织学评价确定硫糖铝和多虑平对心理应激大鼠胃粘膜的保护作用。结果(1)强烈的心理应激可导致大鼠胃粘膜损伤。(2)硫糖铝和多虑平可减轻大鼠胃粘膜损伤程度。(3)多虑平可减轻心理应激大鼠情绪和行为的改变。结论 尽管多虑平能调适大鼠抗心理应激能力，但硫糖铝仍表现出更好的胃粘膜保护作用。

Study on the effect of sucralfate with doxepinum on the praxiological change of the psychological stress rats and their protective effect on gastric mucosa

Objective To compare the effect of Sucralfate with Doxepinum on the praxiological change of the psychological stress rats and their protective effect on gastric mucosa. Methods (1) The models of psychological gastric erosion were induced by stimulating the 6-OHDA-treated rats to attack the experimental rats as social psychological stressor. (2) The praxiological change of the experimental rats was evaluated by OFT and EPM. (3) The histopathological change of gastric mucosa of the rats was evaluated to make sure the protective effect of Sucralfate and Doxepinum on gastric mucosa of the rats.Results (1) Strong psychological stress could cause gastric erosion in rats. (2) Sucralfate and Doxepinum could protect the gastric mucosa and relieve the degree of erosion. (3) Doxepinum could relieve the effect of psychological stress on the emotion and behavior of the rats. Conclusion Doxepinum can adjust the capability of anti-psychological stress in rats, but Sucralfate could protect the gastric mucosa better than Doxepinum.
