人胚胎视网膜内神经丝蛋白的出现和分布

用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法研究了２５０例４－３８周人胚胎视网膜中神经丝蛋白（ＮＦ）的出现和分布。发现第３２周胎儿视网膜神经纤维层出现ＮＦ阳性纤维。至出生时，神经纤维层卫性纤维增多、增粗，但仍未达成人的水平。人胎视网膜ＮＦ主要分布于节细胞轴突，成人除节细胞胞体和轴突外，内网层也有少数ＮＦ阳性纤维。

OCCURRENCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF NEUROFILAMENT PROTEIN IN THE RETINA OF HUMAN EMBRYOS

The occurrence and distribution of neurofilament protein(NF)in retina of human embryos aged from 4 to 38 weeks were studied by immunohistochemical ABC method with monoclonal antibody 2F11 against neurofilament protein purified from human brain.NF-like immunoreactivity was found in the nerve fiber layer of the retina in 32 weeks fetuses,Up to birth ,positive fibers increased in number and diameter,but far less than that in adult retina.NF was mainly located in the axons of the ganglion cells in the fetal retina.In adult retina,besides the perikarya and axons of the ganglion cells ,some NF positive nerve fibers were present in inner plexiform layer.
