| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院抗肿瘤药的应用情况、合理用药水平及用药趋势。方法:采用金额排序和频度分析的方法对2004年8月~2006年7月抗肿瘤药物的应用情况进行统计分析。结果:我院2004年8月~2006年7月应用抗肿瘤药6大类65个品种规格的用药频度、用药金额均呈上升趋势。结论:我院抗肿瘤用药需进一步合理化。进口药疗效高,耐受性好,虽然价格高,但仍有部分患者选择使用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the utilization,rational drug use level and tendency of antineoplastic agents in our hospital.METHODS: The utilization of antineoplastic agents in our hospital from Aug.2004 to July 2006 was analyzed by sequencing drug consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS: A total of 6 groups totaled 65 kinds of antineoplastic agents used in our hospital from Aug.2004 to July 2006 showed an increasing tendency in DDDs and consumption sum.CONCLUSION: The use of antineoplastic agents in our hospital remains to be further rationalized.The imported antineoplastic agents are of high efficacy and good tolerance,therefore,they are welcomed by part of the patients in spite of their high prices. |
