阑尾肿瘤16例诊治分析

目的探讨阑尾肿瘤的诊断与治疗问题。方法结合文献对我院2004年1月～2006年11月收治的16例阑尾肿瘤进行回顾性分析。结果本组病人均经手术治疗,其中阑尾类癌4例,粘液囊肿6例,粘液囊腺瘤3例,腺癌2例,粘液囊腺癌1例。术前确诊率为0,1例腺癌术后18个月死于复发及广泛转移;其余病例均随访至今,未发现复发或转移。结论阑尾肿瘤缺乏特异表现,误诊率极高。术中阑尾标本快速冰冻检查可提高术中确诊率,手术为主要的治疗方法,而术式选择是影响预后的关键因素。

Analysis of diagnosis and treatment of 16 cases of appendix tumors

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of appendix tumors.Methods A retrospective study of 16 patients with pathologically confirmed appendix tumors was performed in recent 3 years in our hospital.Results All patients were subjected to surgical tueatment.Among the all cases subject to followed up after operation,one case of carcinoma was died from whole body metastasis 18 months after operation,and the remaining had no recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion Preoperative diagnosis is very difficult due to a lack of typical clinical signs.Careful exploration during operation and pathological examination are important for choosing correct operative methods.The operation is major treatment of appendix tumors,and the selected operation type is the critical factor.
