| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了白内障患者手术治疗前后血浆内皮素（ET）和血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对32例白内障患者进行了血浆ET和血清TNF-α测定，并与30名正常健康人作比较。结果：手术前白内障患者血浆ET和血清TNF-α水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01），术后1个月则与正常人比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：测定白内障患者血浆ET和血清TNF-α水平的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET and serum TNF levels after operation in patients with cataracts.Methods Plasma ET and serum TNF levels were detected with RIA in 32 patients with cataracts both before and after operation as well as in 30 controls.Results Before operation,the plasma ET and serum TNF levels in patients with cataract were significiantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01).One month after operation the plasma ET and serum TNF levels dropped to within normal ranges(P>0.05).Conclusion Plasma ET and serum TNF levels were closely related to the disease process of cataract and were of prognostic value. |
