妇幼保健机构专业人员继续医学教育内容和模式需求研究

目的通过对各级妇幼保健机构专业人员继续医学教育内容和模式需求调查分析,为开发妇幼保健机构人员继续医学教育大纲和教材提供依据。方法现场调查省市县妇幼保健机构各3个,对妇幼保健机构专业人员进行问卷调查和小组访谈。结果省市级妇幼保健机构继续教育工作开展得较好,县级机构较差。不同专业人员对继续教育内容需求各有侧重。前三位最受欢迎的继续教育形式为到上级机构进修、外出参加学术会议、远程教育。结论研究结果为制定各级妇幼保健机构人员继续医学教育大纲,开发培训教材提供依据。

Survey on the requirement of continuing medical education content and pattern of professional staff of MCH institution

Objective To investigate on the requirement of continuing medical education content and pattern of professional staff of MCH institution to provide basis for developing training outlines and materials for professional staff of MCH institution . Methods To conduct questionnaire survey and group interview on professional staff in3 provinces level , 3 prefecture level and 3county level MCH institutions. Results Continuing medical education of professional staff in provinces and prefecture level MCH institutions is good,but in county level MCH institutions is poor. The requirement of medical education continuing content is different among different professional staffs. Top three welcome continuing medical education patterns are to engage in advanced studies in higher institutions,go out to attend academic conference and receive distance education. Conclusions The results will provide basis for developing training outlines and materials for professional staff of MCH institution.
