38例类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变的超声观察

目的通过超声观察类风湿性关节炎（RA）膝关节病变的声像图特点,评价超声对于RA辅助诊断的价值。方法选择38例RA患者行膝关节高频超声检查,根据声像图表现总结RA膝关节病变的超声表现。结果病变关节出现不同程度的滑膜增厚、关节积液、软骨变薄及骨质破坏等表现。结论超声通过观察关节积液、滑膜及软骨的病变为临床辅助诊断RA提供依据。

Ultrasonic Observation of Knee Joint Pathological Changes Because of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)

Objective Ultrasonic observation of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） knee lesions sonographic characteristics of ultrasound for evaluation of （RA） diagnosis value. Methods 38 cases of RA patients with knee high -frequency ultrasound examination, according to the performance of sonographic lesions knee RA summing up the performance of ultrasound. Results The lesions with varying degrees of articular synovial thickening,joint effusion and cartilage and bone destruction, such as thinning of the performance. Conclusion Ultrasound by observing the joint effusion, synovial membrane and cartilage lesion for clinical diagnosis of RA to orovide a basis.
