| 摘 要： | 本文报告1例乳腺癌手术后病人,间断应用塞替派7年后发生继发性骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS),最后演变为急性白血病。复习文献,主要讨论了细胞毒药物致MDS及白血病转化的有关问题。

| Abstract: | A case of breast carcinoma treated with cytotoxic drug ( thiotepa ) developing secondary myelodysplaslic syndrome ( MDS ) and terminating in acute monocytic leukemia ( AMOL ) was reported. The interval from the initiation of cytotoxic drug to the development of stcondary MDS was 7 years. By two years after MDS it terminated in AMOL. The problem involving MDS and leukemia transformation indued by cytotoxic drugs was briefly discussed. |
