| 摘 要： | 目的动态观察血浆组织因子(TF)在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者急性期及恢复期的表达。方法采用ELISA方法检测39例ACS患者急性心肌梗死(AMI)26例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)13例]急性期和25例患者(15例AMI,10例UA)恢复期的血浆TF抗原;以同期61例健康体检者作为对照。结果与健康对照组比较,血浆TF(ng/L)AMI组:251.14±106.73,UA组246.60±104.45,对照组197.18±94.91,(P<0.05);恢复期AMI患者血浆TF水平为221.70±99.23,UA为201.50±118.24,较急性期均呈下降趋势,虽仍高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论动态观察ACS患者TF表达对冠状动脉血栓性事件的防治具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of tissue factor(TF) in plasma during acute phase and recovery stage of acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods Plasma TFAg were measured with ELISA.We studied 39 patients of acute phase and 25 in recovery phase,61 healthy adults as control. Results Compared with the normal control,TFAg(ng/L):AMI:251.14±106.73,UA:246.60±104.45,control :197.18± 94.91,P<0.05.In recovery stage,the levels of plasma TF were decreased compared with in acute phase of ACS(AMI:221.70±99.23,UA:201.50±118.24),but plasma TF were no difference compared with the normal control(P>0.05). Conclusions It may be important to dynamically observe the expression of TF in plasma of ACS for prevention and treatment of coronary artery infarction disease. |
