体力活动状况对中国重型血友病A患者出血频率影响的观察

目的分析中国重型血友病A患者体力活动对出血频率的影响。方法采用国际体力活动问卷（IPAQ）评估45例重型血友病A患者（年龄16～48岁）体力活动状况,并分析体力活动与出血频率的关系。结果不同体力活动剧烈程度的患者之间出血频率和创伤出血比例无显著差异（P值分别为0.646和0.666）;出血次数≤1次、1～4次和〉4次的患者之间体力活动水平无显著差异（P=0.334）。结论体力活动强度对重型血友病A患者出血频率及外伤出血次数无明显影响。

Physical Activity Participation and Bleeding Characteristics in Chinese Patients with Severe Hemophilia A

Objective To study the effect of the physical activity on the bleeding characteristics. Methods Physical activities of 45 patients(ages 16~48 years) were assessed by IPAQ and the relationship between physical activity and bleeding characteristics was analysed. Results There were no significant differences in bleeding frequency and proportion of bleeds due to traumatic reasons among the patients with three levels of physical activity.No differences in physical activity levels were noted among the patients with the bledding frequency ≤1,1~4 and >4. Conclusion The physical activity was not related with total bleeding frequency and traumatic bleeding.
