| 摘 要： | 本研究观察了柠檬酸铝抗石英粉尘对豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞和肺脏细胞膜蛋白的影响效应。结果表明,柠檬酸铝与石英预先结合后,使石英吸附膜蛋白的能力明显下降。柠檬酸铝可以拮抗石英对蛋白空间构象的影响。

| Abstract: | The anti-quartz effect of aluminium citrate was investigated in vitro studies. Aluminium was shown to be able to lower the adsorption ability of quartz particles on membrane proteins of guinea pig alveolar macrophages and other lung cells. The influence of quartz dust on secondary structure of membrane protein was reduced by aluminium measured by circular dichroism method. The mechanism was the pre-binding of aluminium iononto the surface of quartz. |
