普伐他汀 非诺贝特 鱼油调节血脂及对SOD MDA影响的研究

摘    要:对91例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为三组.分别应用普伐他汀(P)、非诺贝特(F)、鱼油(FO)12周,比较三种血脂调节剂服药疗效及对血浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及其平衡的影响。结果治疗后三组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)均明显降低(P<0.05);高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)均升高,但仅F组有显著意义(P<0.05):降胆固醇(TC),P组、F组显著(P<0.05):HDL-C与TG三组均呈负相关(P<0.05)。血浆MDA水平三组均显著降低(P<0.01).SOD无差异,MDA/SOD比值三组均下降。P组F组显著(P<0.05)。血清TC、TG、LDL-C下降与血浆MDA/SOD比值的相关性,TC与MDA/SOD比值:P组、F组显著(P<0.01);TG与MDA/SOD:三组均显著正相关(P<0.001);LDL-C与MDA/SOD:F组、FO组呈显著正相关(P<0.001)。

Abstract:Ninety one patients with hyperlipidemia were random divided into three groups and treated with pravastatin (P) or fenofibrate (F) or fish oil (FO) for 12 weeks. Their effects on the blood lipids. superoxide dismutase (SOD). and malondialdehyde (MDA) and their balance were compared. After 12 weeks of treatment. TG, LDL-C and ApoB100 were significantly decreased in three groups (P<0. 05).HDL-C were increased in all group, but this reached statistical significance only in group F(P<0. 05). TC were decreased and there were statistical significance in group P and F (P<0. 05). There was a significant negative relationship (P<0. 05) botween HDL-C and TG in all groups. The plasma levels of MDA were significantly decreased in three groups (P<0. 05), SOD unchanged, the ratio of MDA and SOD was decreased in all groups, and there was statistical significance in group F and P (P<0. 05). There was a signifcant positive relationship between the TC and MDA/SOD in group P and F (P<0. 01), between the TG and MDA/SOD (P<0. 001). in all three groups. between the LDL-C and MDA/SOD in group F and FO.
