| 摘 要： | 目的研究胃肠道梭形细胞肿瘤的免疫组化及临床病理特征。方法用免疫组化S—P法检测CD117、CD34、Vimentin、S-100、actin（平）蛋白在肿瘤中的表达。结果73例胃肠道梭形细胞肿瘤中潜在、低度、中度及高度危险病例数分别为6例、34例、21例及12例；诊断胃肠道间质瘤60例，平滑肌源性肿瘤8例，神经源性肿瘤3例。侵袭行为危险程度与胃肠道梭形细胞肿瘤的发生部位相关（P〈0．05）。结论对胃肠道梭形细胞肿瘤进行分类诊断时，最好联合使用多项免疫组化指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathological and immunohistochemical features of gastric spindled cell tumors. Methods The expression of c-kit(CD117)?CD34?vimentin?S-100 and actin protein in all cases were determined with S-P immunohistochemical method. Results Of the 73 cases 6 were classified as at potential risk, 34 at low risk, 21 at moderate risk and 12 at high risk. 60 cases were diagnosed as gastrointestinal stromal tumors, 8 smooth muscle tumors and 3 neurogenic tumors were diagnosed. The risk of invasion behavior was related to the location of these tumors(P<0.05). Conclusion Multiple immunohistochemical markers should be used in the diagnosis of gastric spindled cell tumors. |
